Product Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases from Champion Hemp Farms. If for some reason you become unhappy with your purchase please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund of the price of the product. Champion Hemp Farms only accepts website order returns. If you purchased one of our products at a retail store please contact the store for additional returns policies and information. Alike, retail stores cannot accept returns for website orders.

** Please note: items shipped with Free Shipping will be refunded less the original shipping cost. We are unable to return shipping fees for website orders. Returned items will be issued in-store credit or a refund for the price of the item(s) purchased less any shipping and handling fees.

Please keep the returned package receipt as proof of shipment. All costs associated with payment and return delivery service must be paid by the customer.

If your item(s) arrive broken or defective in any way you must notify us within 3-days of tracking delivery receipt. Please take photos of the damaged product to ensure expedited replacement or refund. Email damage evidence to inbox@championhempfarms.com or use our contact form to send us a return merchandise request.

Any and all items purchased during a Champion Hemp Farms special promotion or sale are considered final and may not be returned for a refund. Items that were purchased on sale, below MSRP price or orders that utilized a coupon/discount code are not eligible for return or refund.
