Affiliate Registration

To become an authorized affiliate of Champion Hemp Farms (championhempfarms.com), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Champion Hemp Farms service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Champion Hemp Farms affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and the following terms and conditions.

1. Absolutely No Medical Claims. You may not make any medical claims while promoting the Champion Hemp Farms brand and products. Any affiliates found making medical claims about CBD or Hemp-related products will forfeit all commissions and their account will be promptly terminated from our program. Please advertise and market our CBD products responsibly.

2. No Advertising Likeness to Cannabis or Marijuana. Industrial Hemp is not cannabis or marijuana and marketing it as such will forfeit all commissions and your account will be promptly terminated from our program.

3. No Coupon/Discount Sites. We do not allow coupon web sites or discount code sharing sites to participate in our affiliate program. Any affiliate found participating in these types of websites will forfeit all commissions and their account will be promptly terminated from our program.

4. No Keyword Stuffing or Hijacking Allowed. Any affiliate found participating in these types of practices will forfeit all commissions and their account will be promptly terminated from our program.

5. ) No Keyword Purchasing. Paid search activity is only allowed with our prior approval only. You agree that you will not purchase or bid for the placement of our name, brand. or trademarks or any variation or misspelling thereof within any third party search engine or portal. You may not engage in keyword advertising using the Champion Hemp Farms brand name in any way without prior approval. Any affiliate found participating in these types of activities will forfeit all commissions and their account will be promptly terminated from our program.

6. ) No Promotion Codes and Coupons. You may not, without our prior written consent, utilize any promotion, promotion code, coupon, or another promotional opportunity that is not specifically authorized for the Champion Hemp Farm's Affiliate Program and has been authorized for your use through the affiliate media and promotions pages.
